About The Project

The renovation of Kendal at Longwood Café has been transformed into a fast-casual marketplace, creating a modern and welcoming atmosphere with a multi-seated dining room that caters to different dining preferences and social settings. This project introduced distinct areas, including a hearth and an action expo kitchen, designed to enhance visual appeal and draw guests into the dining experience. The café now includes multiple service stations: a grill, a salad bar, a dessert bar, a deli bar, and a beverage bar, all designed to improve traffic flow and ease of movement. Additionally, a grab-and-go option was added for quick and convenient meals. These updates ensure there is something for everyone, emphasizing choice and convenience, and giving residents the freedom to select their preferred meals. Overall, this renovation not only brightened the café but also strengthened the sense of community, making it a vibrant hub for dining and socializing.
